Swire Properties is a property developer with investments across Hong Kong, Mainland China, Singapore and the U.S. Using a comparative approach, the Places Impact Report uses metrics based on pedestrian network within a four constructs framework: <strong>Vibrancy, Livelihood, Wellbeing and Resilience<\/strong>.
