DECIDE will participate in the upcoming Cardiff University Symposium on Resilience in Fragile Contexts, which will be held at the Welsh School of Architecture on 15th January, 2025. 

Organised by members of the Resilient Cities in Fragile Contexts Research Network , the symposium is an opportunity to discuss and come up with insights to strengthen the resilience of towns and cities against future challenges.

Diego Altafini will present at the CU Symposium World Café Session an account of DECIDE’s activities and our experience with urban system analysis oriented to resilience and multi-risks, showcasing how urban spatial models can be translated into decision support systems, to communicate and promote an outcome-driven decision making, promoting the agency of stakeholders and policymakers.

Furthermore, we will be displaying a poster from the DECIDE group focusing on Road-Network Redundancy & Resilience Analysis to provide Decision-Support in Extreme Events.
